Our sessions will be virtual meetings. Each session will be 45-60 minutes, and is fully customizable to your personal goals. Taking that first step to reach out can be scary. I’m here to tell you that is the hardest part. Once we connect, we will organically work together to discuss topics that are important to you. I can help with some thought starters too, if needed. My goal for our sessions is to create a space for you to be comfortable and stress-free!
